Important Note: In making a decision regarding ground transportation please note that parking at the Hyatt is available but costly. Valet-only parking is $18 daily  There are several self park garages within one block of the hotel with rates somewhat lower and no in/out privileges.

Taxi Cabs

Dallas Love Field: Taxi service is provided on the upper level across the street from the baggage claim wing of the main terminal.
One-way fares average $25, ($2 charge for each additional person).

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport: Taxi service is available on the upper level of Terminals A, B, C and E, and on the lower level of Terminal D. An airport assistant will be available at the taxi stands between 8:00am and midnight.  Between midnight and 8:00am, dial (972) 574-5878 to request a taxi. One-way fares average $50. ($2 charge for each additional person).

Shuttles

 

Dallas Love Field:  GO Yellow Checker Shuttle boarding zone is located in the area just outside of baggage claim. One-way fares to Hyatt average $17.  Reservations are recommended, but not required going downtown. Returning to the airport DOES require a reservation.  Shuttles depart every 45 minutes.  The last shuttle leaves Love Field at 10:30pm, however, passengers with online reservations (e-Tickets) receive service 24 hours a day.  To view the layout of Dallas Love Field terminal, click here.

Dallas Light Rail and Buses DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) gives locals and visitors nearly 45 miles of light rail and 120 routes by bus transit. They provide reliable transportation to locations throughout the city including the Dallas Convention Center, hotels, and destinations that feature shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Visitors can also enjoy neighboring counties, including Fort Worth, via a connector to Trinity Railway Express. Expansion to locations throughout the metro area is planned to include additional service to downtown Dallas by 2010 and DFW International Airport by 2013. M-Line Streetcar Also known as the McKinney Avenue Trolleys, these cars rumble along McKinney Avenue and connect the bustling Uptown neighborhood with the Dallas Arts District in downtown. These unique trolley cars have been lovingly maintained since 1989, when they were reinstituted on an updated rail line. Since that time they have become a favorite for Dallas visitors, and a welcome sight to nostalgic locals. Expansion continues on the routes to other points of interest.
