We understand that suites are very important to some of our members, and we will make every effort to reserve the suite that best meets your needs. Suite choices for the Hyatt Regency Dallas Reunion are listed below. Please select a first and second choice when requesting a suite. Tricia Kidd will then contact the hotel and obtain your suite confirmation as quickly as possible. If you have additional questions, Tricia can be reached at Tricia@FarmEquip.org.

The number of available suites listed below may include suites reserved but not yet confirmed, out of service, or reserved by the Hyatt for other guests.

VIP Meeting Room
If your looking for some private space to hold a meeting but don't need one of the suites, this might just be the space you are looking for. This is not a sleeping room nor is it attached to a sleeping room.  The room will be set with conference table for up to 10 and and will be equiped with data projector and screen.

Terrace &
Balcony Suites

(Only one left as of 8/27)

$ 700 - One Bedroom

King Bedroom - 350 sqft
Double/Double - 350 sqft
Parlor is 630 sqft.
Reception capacity for 30 people. 
 

The Terrace and Balcony Suites offer access to the outdoors from both their parlors and bedrooms. 

The 630 sqft parlor is furnished with a full bath, full bar area with refridgerator, storage, dining table that seats eight and a seating area.  The adjoining 350 square foot sleeping rooms include one King or two Double Grand Beds with separate sitting and work areas.
 







Any function in a public area of the hotel during our meeting dates must be approved by this association prior to contacting the hotel for space. Our alloted public meeting room space in this hotel is very limited and the best option is to go with one of the suites listed above.  If you are looking to host a meeting that is too large for a suite but limited to an hour or two, we may be able to help, once  schedules for both associations is finalized. Our goal with this and all of our meetings is to create the best business environment  we can for each of our attendees, while maintaining a level playing field for all in attendance.
