    1. Assess dealer needs and concerns involving shortline equipment

    2. Make recommendations to the Board of Directors on enhancing communications and support between our Association, dealer organizations, and other appropriate associations

B. Goals and Actions

Monitor legislative issues such as warranty, buy-back legislation, and contractual laws, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.  Develop appropriate support to promote member products and the benefits of shortline manufacturers.
