Officials with the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association (FEMA) and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) have announced that FEMA has endorsed the 2010 AG CONNECT Expo, the new international agricultural event from AEM.

AG CONNECT Expo, slated for January 13-15, 2010 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, will showcase the latest innovations, products, services and technology in all agriculture sectors and offer access to leading worldwide industry experts, according to a report from AEM.

Ricky Brown, president of the St. Louis-based FEMA and president of Brown Manufacturing Corp. in Ozark, Alabama, said, our association is "proud to be a key sponsor" of the inaugural Ag Connect Expo.

"This exhibition, which promises to be an international event unlike any previously seen in the United States, will bring the world's farmers, ranchers and equipment component suppliers together in one venue for the first time ever in this country."

FEMA executive vice president Bob Schnell says attendees at AG CONNECT Expo will gain from the involvement of FEMA members. "Our members excel at product innovation. We understand the business needs of our members and their customers; AG CONNECT Expo is the kind of business development opportunity our members can really benefit from by exhibiting their products and services. And, one of the keys to business success is networking -- AG CONNECT Expo is going to be a premier international networking event," Schnell says.
